Do I need my own developer to set this up?
No. Our team provisions your subdomain or custom domain and applies your branding for you. If you want to use your own domain, you just point one DNS record at us — we’ll give you the exact instructions.
What’s the difference between a subdomain and a custom domain?
A subdomain (e.g. yourname.kredam.in) is instant — no setup needed on your end. A custom domain (e.g. booking.youracademy.com) uses a domain you already own, and takes a short DNS verification step before it’s live.
Will my customers see any Kredam branding?
Only if you want them to. Turning on "Hide Kredam Branding" removes the "Powered by Kredam" badge and our partner call-to-actions from your public pages entirely.
Can I change my logo or colors later?
Yes — once set up, you can update your display name, logo, favicon, colors and support contact anytime from your own dashboard, without contacting us.
Does this cost extra on top of Kredam?

Nothing changes on the backend — your bookings, availability and Playo/Hudle/KheloMore/TurfTown sync keep working exactly as before. White-label only changes how your booking pages look and which domain customers see.
Can I switch back to the default kredam.in branding later?
Yes. Switching domain mode back to "No custom domain" or turning off "Hide Kredam Branding" takes effect immediately from your dashboard — no data is lost either way.
Is this a separate app I have to maintain, like other white-label booking software?
No. Unlike a standalone white-label booking app, Kredam’s white-label option runs on the same platform already syncing your Playo, Hudle, District Play, KheloMore and TurfTown bookings — you get your own branded domain without running a second, disconnected system.
