User Data Deletion Policy
Kredam users can request deletion or anonymization of their personal data by contacting our support team.
How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their personal data by emailing us at hello@kredam.in.
For data deletion requests, please email hello@kredam.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the name, phone number, email address, or social login account connected to your Kredam account so we can verify the request.
Expected Processing Time
Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete or anonymize the user's personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We may contact you for additional verification before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account profile details such as name, email address, and phone number
- Booking history and facility usage records linked to your account
- Membership, academy, event, and enquiry records linked to your account
- Marketing preferences and communication records where deletion is permitted
- Login or social sign-in identifiers connected to your Kredam account
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
- Payment, tax, invoice, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance records where retention is required by law
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you personally
